
The Community Foundation for Brevard Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of three new members: Suzanne Miller, Todd Pokrywa, and Amanda R. Wilhelm. These accomplished professionals bring expertise in financial services, business, and law, further strengthening the Foundation’s role as a trusted resource for philanthropists and its commitment to enhancing quality of life in Brevard County.
Suzanne Miller is a certified public accountant with extensive experience in accounting, taxes, and bookkeeping. She specializes in individual, business, and estate tax planning and has broad experience in audits, reviews, compilations, and managing complex tax projects. An active member of the AICPA and FICPA, Miller contributes deep expertise in financial management and tax strategy.
Todd Pokrywa is an experienced executive leader specializing in developing large-scale, master-planned communities. He currently serves as chief operating officer – Real Estate Group at A. Duda & Sons, Inc., and president of The Viera Company, overseeing the development of the 20,500-acre master-planned community of Viera on Florida’s Space Coast. Pokrywa brings expertise in land use planning, public-private partnerships, community development, and actively participates in professional and civic organizations, including the Urban Land Institute, American Planning Association, and many more.
Amanda Wilhelm is an attorney specializing in probate and trust litigation and estate planning, with a strong background in public interest law advocating for the civil rights of children, parents, and young adults. Before joining Lacey Rezanka, she served as supervising attorney for the Education Legal Rights Project at Legal Aid of Broward County and later developed a broad civil litigation practice in Brevard. Wilhelm remains active in the community through pro bono dependency cases and volunteer work, including as a grant reviewer for the Community Foundation.
