Thanks to the Community Foundation for Brevard fundholders, eight students dedicated to their educational goals have received financial support to further their academic ambitions. These students are recipients of a combined $71,364 in academic scholarships to assist with college tuition, books, fees, and the cost of attendance.
Established by generous fundholders passionate about helping students obtain higher education, the scholarships are awarded annually to students in various fields, including science and technology, veterinary nursing, communications, business, and medical-related fields.
“The visionary people who created and support these scholarships are building a legacy of leaders,” said Theresa Grimison, President and CEO, Community Foundation for Brevard. “This is an investment not only in the individual benefits of higher education but also in a vibrant, strong, inclusive future for our community.”
